I came across the tool and wondering if I Can do some sort of drill down in charts created with NPLOT.

it depends on what type of drill down you want to use.  If you're looking
to implement a barchart then it will work for you.  I'd suggest that you
get the sourcecode and take a look at the demo application that comes with
it.  The demo (which also contains its sourcecode) gives a good overview of
all the possibilities that the library offers.
