Summary: Fix For HistogramPlot Issue

Initial Comment:
I ran into a problem displaying a HistogramPlot when the displayed plot width is smaller than the length of the DataSource array.  I made a fix to get around this problem instead of rebinning the data.  I changed the brushes to take in RectangleF's in addition to Rectangles.  In addition I removed the casts to int in HistogramPlot.Draw(), line 177.  The changed files are attached.
