#4 Choosing another offhand weapon does not get benefits of TWF

The benefits to the offhand weapon given by the TWF
feat is not applied at all in some cases.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a character that dual wields and has the TWF
feat. Check on the character-front-page that the TWF
bonus is applied by hovering over the attack bonus for
the weapon.
2. Save character and group, and close the program.
3. Start the program and load up the character.
4. Change his offhand weapon to another weapon.
5. Look at his bonuses in the character-front-page
again and notice that the TWF benefit is not applied.

Analysis:
The event mechanism does not reapply the TWF bonuses to
the offhand weapon. It does apply it to the primary
weapon if changed.
