#3 Dual wielding the same weapon causes system halt

When a user dual wields the same weapon and chooses
Full Attack as the action they want to take in that
round, then upon commit the system crashes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a character that dual wields "Mace, heavy",
save him. Load up someone he can fight against.
2. On his turn click "Full Round" -> "Full Attack" in
either menues.
3. The system adds three attacks correctly but the
third attack only displays the weapon picker,
indicating that already something is wrong. Upon commit
the whole system falls apart.

Analysis:
I think this has to do with the check whether or not
one can make more attacks pr. round, and the Full
Attack's promt addition of the offhand attack. Need
more analysis.
