#2 New groups do not appear in list

Effect:
New groups do not appear in the "Lod Group" box after
creation until the application is restarted. If a new
group is accidentally removed from the combat list, it
cannot be readded until the application is started.

Method:
Start the game and properly create a new group with at
least one member. After saving the member and group,
click "close", returning to the main mennu.

The group appears in the combat list but not the load
group list.

Solution:
The load group list must be updated after a new group
is created.
