I have problem with first login after installation. I got a answer "I was unable to open the configuration file. Please check you have CHMODed the file correctly and that it exists." but I chmoded all file and folders to 777

i have a similar problem but im using IIS and am not sure if i did it right....i gave it script source access and its an app but still doesnt work
