#15 dosn't work

Hi..
I've already follow the instruction on readme file but i still
can't use it when go to my browser and access
mysite.com/nphp/nphpd.php i got this message..

You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or
page using the credentials you supplied.

nothing .htaccess on nphp folder but not authorized
i thinks the author wanna make this script not for free :P
