#14 problem creating an admin acct. in v200

This is the first time I've used newsPHP, so I bet I'm
doing something wrong. I uploaded all of the files and
changed the permission to 666, but when I go to
nphpd.php and try to create an admin account, it keeps
returning me to the first-time user page. Any
suggestions?
