#11 News Failing to Show, also

Hi. I am also having this same problem as most people.
This script worked on an old server, and so I moved the
data here. I can change settings - everything will save
there. But when I try to post a news, it will just refresh
the page. I post on this page:
http://~~~~/nphp/nphpd.php?post, and then it will
refresh to this page: http://~~~~/nphp/nphpd.php?
post&save=1. If I try to modify the old news, it will not
work, either.
