#23 Please include Avatar support

Please include into nphp Advanced avatar support.
Currently with the older nphp I end up having to have the
user's email be the url to the avatar for this to work.
Please add into the users settings a part for the users
avatar link. Its not a very hard task, shouldn't take you
more than 15 -30 minutes.
