I always loved the simplicity and speed of nphp, but
recently i've installed it on a new website and I can't
login anymore (well it logs in but doesn't stay logged in).

I open up nphp.php after inserting the admin name,
password and email. I fill in the name and password,
and press Submit. All fine, i'm logged in and the page
where all the options (post news, modify news etc.)
appears.

But when I try to go to any of the other pages I'm asked
to log in again.

readme.txt files are created for a reason

" Create a directory called "sesdata" in
your newsPHP directory and CHMOD it
to 777. This allows newsPHP to create
    it's session files.
    "

    yeah, same bug
    really annoying

chmod'ed the directory to 777, as well as every other file it
    uses

you can log in, but it seems to forget who you are, i'm
guessing its a problem with the session data

This happens to me also, I recently installed it did everything
as the readme says, but it does the above.
