#15 Reinforcement Tracking

App will include a built-in system for establishing motivation and tracking progress toward goal. THIS IS OFTEN THE WEAKEST FEATURE OF SIMILAR APPS. Admin may arrange reinforcement options and determine the relationship between the work performed and the delivery of the reinforcement. May also need a "notify upon reinforcement" feature; see ticket for "Notify upon Completion" for overview.
