NovaRS - software for control GNSS station equipped with NovAtel receivers. Programm can generate on-the-fly hourly and daily RINEX 2.11 files according to IGS naming conventions.

NovaRS is a GNSS station controlling software, which supports NovAtel GPS/GLONASS receivers (OEMV3, OEM4).

Added automatic leap seconds setup. Debian/Ubuntu repository is repaired.

- Added automatic leap seconds accounting. This feature useful only for GLONASS capable receivers.
- NovaRS now does not interrupt other software logs (for example ntripcaster).

NovaRS is a GNSS station controlling software. It generates on-the-fly daily and/or hourly RINEX 2.11 files from NovAtel receiver serial port data streams. Program supports IGS RINEX naming conventions.
