Hello Everyone, I'm now subscribed to the nova-developers list. Liam, I will be creating a new webpage shortly. But in order to do that I need a couple of questions answered. 1.) Where is the server for the webpage located? 2.) What is the access method for updating/creating the webpage? FTP, web access, ??? 3.) Any particular format, or do I just surprise everyone and be creative? I'm looking forward to working with everyone. By way of some background. I have been in programming for about 15 years. Mostly Assembly language with a smattering of C. I currently work for Cisco Systems here in Orange County as a Senior Engineer involved with DSL solutions. I can also deal with Hardware designs as well. I got involved in Astronomy about 5 1/2 years ago. I built the Cookbook 245 camera and made extensive modifications for temperature control, a 2 stage peltier, and a better packaging job. I have since moved on to a SBIG ST-8 camera with the AO7 and the color filter wheel. I also have a Meade LX200 10" F/6.3 scope and a 12.5 inch Richey-Chretian on a Paramount GT-1100 mount, all sitting in an Observatory built by my Wife, Dad, and myself last year. My other interest is Amateur Radio. I have been a licensed Amateur since 1965. I hold a General Class license and my real preferences are VHF/UHF/Microwave operation, although I also operate the low bands on occasions. That's about it for me.
