Uploaded first semi-working sources to sf.net's CVS.

Notty is a hierarchical notebook, using python, reStructuredText and PyQt. It can also be used as an editor for structured texts, such as manuals.

This version kinda works, mostly, but is still very rough. It requires Silvercity (http://silvercity.sf.net)
