I just installed NotMac on both my iMac and MB Pro. I set iMac as server, and MB Pro as client. When ever I try to connect to the account I created on either machine it states:

"There was a problem with the sync operation. .Mac legacyt client exited abnormally."

Or when trying to use iDisk, "There's a problem connecting to the iDisk server at this time. Please try again later. You may continue to work offline on your local iDisk"

I know that the network is not the issue, unless the port 443 is restricted for some reason. I know this because I use my iMac as both a LAMP server, and I frequently SSH tunnel into my iMac.

Is this a bug in the software? Or just a bug in my network/setup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

are you sure that you set the IP in the notMac application? you have to set that ip before i can connect to the server.
