#1 MIXERMute()

I am working on a new patch for Notify CD.

Included will be:

- MIXERMute/Set/Get functions to mute, raise and lower
the volume all from the notify icon. The Set/Get
functions will be work with mice scroll wheels, which
leads to:

- New Control Options panel for multiple mice buttons
(ie. MS/Logitech mices with 4+ buttons). Mapping a
Increase/Decrease volume to the mouse wheel, Skip
option to a thumb button...etc...

- All new functions related to the mixer will be
posted in a new source file, Sound.cpp/Sound.h.

Currently at the moment, I have MIXERMute()/MIXERGet
()/MIXERSet() functions available, and MIXERMute() is
mapped to the middle button of my mouse, as soon as I
am comfortable with the source ( I am still trying to
figure out what to do if a user has multiple sound
cards in the system ), and finish the changes to the
options/controls menu ( Still trying to find a good
way to do this and still look nice ( for 4+ button
setups ) ), I will submit a patch to Stephen ( And
perhaps he will give some recognition as opposed to
the freedb incident ;) )
