#9 & in title messes up tooltip

If the CD title has a "&" in it, then tooltips the
title up will be missing the "&".

For example: "Moon & Sand" in the tooltip is now "Moon
_Sand"

I think "&" has special meaning in Windows, which means
an accelerator key, and to get a literal & you have to
&&. So if the title has a & it should be automatically
quoted.

I seem to remember this being an old bug in the menus,
but maybe it was fixed in the new release. Thanks for
reviving this handy utility!
