#3 multiple CD Info Editor window errors

step 1: From the Main Menu, select "Other" -> "CD
Database Editor..."
step 2: From the Main Menu select "CD Info/Program..."
(Editor #1)
step 3: Switch to the CD Database Editor
step 4: select a disc, then select "Disc" -> "Edit CD
in Info Dialog" (Editor #2)
Error: Various strange things start happening in the
Editor windows (switching
between tabbed panes, alt-s, etc)
Fix: Keep multiple instances of the editor window
states, values, etc.

Quicker fix would be to set disc editor to modal status
thus eliminating possiblity of multiple instances of editor
being run.
