#20 Refreshing window after autosave

When the autosave occurs the whole window of the notes/tasks is refreshed. It causes two unpleasant things.
When I began to write information for adding new task in the main window that is provided by clicking on "New Task" button then after the "refresh" the Category dropbox is cleared - no category is marked. E.g. I wrote new task I want to click on New Task button and saving is provided then when I doesn't realize it the task is then created without category. When I realize it it's annoying to add category again.
Second thing is worse (I think) because when I click right click on the item (e.g. note) and I want choose "Delete Note". Then in meantime when saving is run the marking of the item is canceled and the item (note) at the top of the window is marked. So when then I click on the delete the another note should be deleted. And when I omit the name of the note for deleting another note is then deleted.
