#17 Categories aren't synchronized

Categories aren't synchronized well. When it's downloaded the category window contains only the local categories and nothing more. Local means those categories that was set on the computer local

I have reopened this issue because I have still this described problems - the same in win and lin version.
Categories aren't synchronized - it looks - when I created one on the linux machine at home it doesn't propagate to the windows in the work and all tasks that was assigned to that category has no category then. Or better categories weren't synchronized to web at all.
