#4 Vista Issue: Replacement of System32/NotePad.exe Failed

In Scott Hanselman's article "Paving my machine for a fresh 2009 - First-Pass Must-Haves" (http://www.hanselman.com/blog/PavingMyMachineForAFresh2009FirstPassMustHaves.aspx), I found this project, and a long time ago (comments are closed on the post, http://www.hanselman.com/blog/Nexe.aspx, otherwise I would have started there) he suggests replacing the Windows Notepad.exe with the Notepad2.exe.

I was wondering if anyone having problems with this in Windows Vista or Windows 7. In the attachment, I ran the commands I found online to try to get the NotePad.exe released to me, so that I can re-name it to n.exe, but have been unsuccessful.

I know this is a Vista issue, but was wondering if anyone here nows a work-around for this.
