#3 Save As dialog seriously broken

When selecting Save As or Save Copy from the File menu, the dialog only allows choosing the directory, but there is no buttons or place for the filename, so the functionality is entirely broken. This is on Windows XP SP2.

Note that often the initial dialog also shows up as only a titlebar and it is necessary to drag the corner to even see the directory selection, so that might be part of the issue..

I have the same problem, I use notepad2 as my own "IDE" for PHP, Openlaszlo and HTML in about 4 distinct PCs, and I have the same problem in 2 of them, I think is a error with Windows XP lite version (pirated) probably in windows registry, because my 2 computers that have this trouble are with this OS, but I can't fix it.
