#10 Support of Bookmarks

It is very convenient to have bookmarks when you edits todo lists or notes.. Bookmarks can be organized as tabs like in multi tab editor, but here it will only make navigation.. Thus user can add a bookmark in text like so:

[Phones] ! phones.png

this follows to new tab in notepad2 with icon phone.png, which is to be found somewhere, e.g. in path with notepad2.exe

Subefeatures:
1. icons support
2. switch mode: icon/text
3. support of syntax of bookmark definition (parse)
4. implement tabs or other mechanism of showing bookmarks
5. distribute several handy icons
