#501 New functionality: shortcuts for tabs

Add shortcuts for going the n:th tab, and also for cycling through them (I know Ctrl+Tab can cycle through documents, but it doesn't display them instantly AFAIK).

Note: finding proper defaults for the keyboard shortcuts was not so easy. Ctrl+Fx would have been my first choice, but Ctrl+F2 is already taken. I find Ctrl+1 and Ctrl+Alt+F1 too awkward. I settled on the numpad characters. For Next/Prev tab, Ctrl+Plus/Minus can't be used because they are used by zoom.

Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown might be better defaults for cycling through tabs (they're used in Firefox).

Ctrl+Tab has 2 modes: Document Switcher ON and OFF
Is not what you need (what your patch is for) if you disable Document Switcher from Preferences dialog (MISC)?

Hmm, that's true, so the cycling-through-tabs part of the patch is superfluous. But I still can't see any way currently of going directly to the n:th tab.

Indeed, there's no way to access to the tab directly.
Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown are better default keys for cycling. I will replace Ctrl+Alt+'+' and Ctrl+Alt+'-' key.

      Thank you for the patch.
