#492 patch for using shortcut mapper with keyboard only
Heres a small patch for the shortcut mapper so that you can set a selected item with the enter/return key instead of double click only. Currently it just moves to the next row.
With this patch you can at least use every aspect of the dialog with a keyboard only. It could still use some work in that the tab order could use fixing up as well as other navigation between the top buttons.
Heres an updated patch for the latest source.
