Hi.

Waf is a build framework written in Python, and rake is also a build framework, written in Ruby.

"wscript" and "rakefile" are the qeuavalent of "Makefiles" for these frameworks. They are does not have extentions, so notepad++ cannot auto-recognize the filetypes.

This patch adds the additional checks for these filenames.

I hope this patch because there are many applications using these framework. Such as samba(waf) and ruby on rails(rake).
