When you use arrows ↑ ↓ in the right part of the code the screen jumps to the left-to the right. The cursor position gets off in a code. The screen twitches. It is very inconvenient to work with the text. (sorry for English)

When I use arrows ↑ ↓ in the text with long strings (more than width of the screen) the screen fles from right to left (jumps to the left-to the right. The cursor position gets off in a code. The screen twitches.
In other words:
When I move in the wide text by means of arrows (down/up) the text flies on the screen from left to right. How to fight against it? (the cursor is in the right part of the text which is wider than the screen)
