I work with GUIDs quite frequently and I often have to copy and paste them from one application to another.  Unfortunately the default behavior of just about every application is that when you double click a piece of text, certain symbols(such as the hyphen in my case) stop the highlighting behavior.  So if I have the following GUID:

5d541fc7-87bc-46db-909d-30af803f9997

and I double click the first part, only "5d541fc7" is highlighted.  Does anyone know of a way to double click a GUID and have the entire GUID highlighted in NotePad++?  I was thinking that maybe there was an option to control this behavior, but I have not been able to find it.  FYI I have tried using regular expressions to locate each GUID in my NotePad++ document, however it would be far easier for me to be able to double click it.  Thanks.
