Let me preference this by saying, your application is awesome by the way.

For some reason I can only run notepad++ in maximized mode.  When I right click on notepad++ on the taskbar it restores it somewhere off the screen.  I think you should add a button to the preferences that just resets any screen positioning that is being saved.
