Do you mean the various "Arabic", "Baltic", Cyrillic",… character set menu? I don't think those string can be translated, maybe we can wait for Don to reply… :)

There are also some untranslated items like: Dock, Undock,, Find, Match case (in "Incremental Search" dialog),, More colors (in User-Defined section).
