    Hi all,
I'm trying to create a plugin written in C#. I would like to debug it directly from Visual Studio 2013.
    I downloaded the templates from
and created a new plugin using such template.
I'm able to start a new instance of Notepad++ but unfortunately no plugin is loaded in this instance. So I'm guessing how may I manage the VS project in order to debug it.

    Thank you very much!

    Make sure that:
    - the dll of your plugin in in a subfolder called plugins of the folder your notepad++.exe is
    - If any other companion dll's are required, they should not be in that folder, but directly along notepad++.exe.
If the plugin is not loaded, then you should try to spy on noepad++.exe or your dll to see why loading fails.
