A useful feature is to add an "append" function to the trio cut copy paste.
Example, you start coding a function at the end of a file as you already had coded variables, classes, macros or prototypes at the beginning of a file or in a header file?
Start at the beginnig of the header file.
Select the line  containing to the requested macro.
Click "copy".
Then go to the variable line then click "append"?
Then continue to browse your header file, pick and append all what you need.
Then go where you want to start coding and click "paste".
Now you get all the already written useful code for the new function.
I used to code with :
- multi edit,
- textpad,
- ultra edit,
- eclipse,
- xemacs.
Only multi edit did that.
