I'm currently doing a collaboration with someone else, and it's very handy to put the current revision of a document in one tab, and the previous revision in another. By flipping back and forth between tabs, differences pop out for easy review. However, when I get about halfway through the documents, all of a sudden when I change tabs, it doesn't save my position, instead moving several blocks up or down, and making this impossible. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a setting I might be able to fix?
You may want to View -> Synchronize vertical scrolling to have the two documents scrolled in lockstep. Or simply use the Compare plugin, complete with its change navigation bar.
