Code completion is tough enough for a preset wordlist. There's a lot more to adaptive code completion. You basically need to write a compiler frontend for each language you plan on code completing, a non trivial task repeated many times.

IMHO, NP++ shouldn't have code completion (except for trivial preset wordlist), since it requires a lot of work - more than the lexers for syntax coloring. Better leave that functionality to the IDEs (like, indeed, Code::Blocks)
