Is there a way to set a keyboard shortcut to save a text file with a specific filename? Thanks.
I'm myself habits to use very oftently keyboards shortcuts to handle many actions/functions under Notepad++. Each time I update N++ I loose all my keyboards shortcuts, and then I must re-affect them. It takes time to do this, since I didn't find how to backup these, I do not update N++ since the version 6.1.6 ! Does anynone knows the solution or a tips ?
With my best regards,
just backup shortcuts.xml file before update.
I get it, it works !
At the beginning it doesn't work since the "shortcuts.xml" file I was lokking for was from "C:\Program Files\Notepad++".
This file is not used by N++ in my case and the sections were right empty (eg <ScintillaKeys />).
The file I have to backup is in : "C:\Users\MyAccount\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++"
BR and many thanks, I'm now updating !
