NP++ jumps up the document when I change tabs

When I have my cursor at the bottom of a multipage document and go to another tab in NP++, when I go back to the original tab NP++ displays about three pages up the document, for some reason. The cursor is still at the bottom, but it means I can't compare two similar files side by side, because the lines don't stay in place when I switch between tabs.
This only occurs when I'm editing a text file (this is a document with lots of large paragraphs.)

I didn't quite know how to describe this problem, so I couldn't search for it, and I apologise if it's already been asked about.

This is a known issue when word wrap is on, is this your setup?

I'm having the same exact issue. And I did have word wrap on. Turning word wrap off helps with the scrolling up in the documents in multiple tabs. However, that's not a permanent solution. I would like to see this issue fixed. I'd be happy to purchase a thong in the Notepad++ store to thank you for the effort.
