Yes, you are right. It's absolutely rubbish if you have no question mark on your keyboard. You should throw away your computer rightaway, but only if you are sure the problem is not inside your head. Then, of course, there is another solution and your computer can be saved, as Notepad++ is for a whole community to enjoy.
