I've been using notepad++ quite a long time, and I've liked it since the beginning. I would like to request a feature that I spotted on Textmate (mac software). It has pretty simple and wonderful (yes, I use mac too) project window on left/right side of editor window. (screenshots: http://www.macromates.com\) It is a file explorer that has all the files (files & folders) on specific folder. I think it would be easier to switch between files, if your project has tons of files and folders.
Having this feature would make all windows ruby on rails developers jump for joy! Me included. :)
Thats my 2 cents. Thanks.

A later version of explorer will support a kind of project support. But at first only session management should be enough.

Completely agree with thomas.
I was testing notepad++ and have seen that there's no explorer window and project window.
Have you tried <Ctrl><Alt><Shift>h?
