Kindly help me for a commandline script for windows, which converts the input file to UTF-8 encoding.
For example : INPUT for NPP= an xml file with ISO 8859-6 encoding
OUTPUT from NPP= an xml file with UTF-8 encoding.
This is possible in GUI of Notepad++ 6.3(convert to).
But I am looking for this process using only commands in cmd prompt.
You probably want to use iconv, rather than npp. There's a windows library
version at the gnuwin32 project on sourceforge. I presume there's an exe
somewhere on the web. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iconv
Or Sisulizer's Kaboom, it has been referred to a number of times on this forum.
