Perhaps an option to (allow) save(ing) all new (previously unsaved) files to a temporary folder, would also overcome this issue.
The files could remain marked as new/unsaved, as long as they won't be stored by the user in a custom folder, with a custom filename.
Also, how do you think about changing the Save (Me) toolbar button color into red. The button will only be allowed for changed files anyway. With the red color, it will be equal to the current file's tab disk icon if the last changes haven't been saved.

I would like to have an option where only named buffers (i.e. buffers that have been saved in a file before) are saved by a save all command.
There are situation where new buffers are created to temporary store some text but one does not want to save them.
