Use Regular Expression mode. You want to find a (string of) digit(s), a comma, and then another (string of) digit(s). You re-place the digits and change the comma to a dot.

    Find:
    (\d+),(\d+)

    Replace by:
    \1.\2

Alternatively, you may limit the Find regex to (\d),(\d).
Allowing any single digit before and after the comma may work faster.

    Or rather
    Find: (\d+).(\d\d\D)
    Replace: \1,\2

    CChris
