#8 Move note(s) between categories

User selects one or more notes in a single category and
moves them to a new category.
- User selects a category in the notes browser tree
- User selects one or more notes (clicking on the check
boxes) to move
- User clicks the "Move Notes" button
- User is prompted to select a category to move to.
