#14 create demo.deploy.bat

The BAT should create MSMQ queues, Quartz and Northwind databases is they are missing.

Option to force redeployment should be availabe (dbs and queues should be deleted and created).

MSSQL server name, and, optionally login and password should be asked on startup. Configurable properties in bat should be also available for silend (re)deployment.

Connection strings should be updated in configuration file (windsor.config).
