Minor improvement to supply a custom class loader.

The NominMapper interface has been slightly changed to provide ability to specify a character set to the Groovy parser. Deprecations have been deleted to refine the interface. Also Nomin was upgraded to use the latest versions of its dependencies.

Nomin's functionality was extended to support java.util.Map. CGLIB was integrated into the framework to provide more efficient access to properties and methods. Nomin supports containers such as Spring and JNDI. Also it is allowed to provide your own container to be used. Many of the components were refactored and optimized. Documents were improved.
