Nomacs is a nice image editor, many features and functions for imaging enthusiast. And it works fine with Windows however there are some quirky menus, Copy vs Copy Buffer is unclear and it is difficult to share photos after they are edited. There is no clear way on Windows to share shotos from within the editor, you need to go out into Windows Explorer and copy the image file name after you save an edit, for example to send an image as an attachment in an email. Nomacs is a great image editor, not so great when interacting with Windows and other apps.

Hello, this is very useful application. 5 stars for me. Furthermore, recently I used KrojamSoft PhotoViewerPro so I strongly recommend it for Windows 10 as it has great features. Thanks.

This is the best image viewer ever. Though there is some minor issues with with the build system on Windows, where the cmake structures needs extensive patching for to avoid a sluggish MSVC build. And some minor parts of the code where #ifdef win ought to be #ifdef _MSC_VER instead. Myself using Mingw gcc 4.8.custom and QT 4.8.4. opensource producing a flawless and lightning fast build. On other boxes all went O.K. from the start. The GIT 2.4.5 src used.

I was looking for something to replace picasa's photo viewer that was lightweight and didn't have any library indexing junk. This was the ticket. I just wish that speed-scrolling through images (holding down the arrow key) was more smooth.

Excellent. An efficient and objective open source program. That's all we need.
