When running 1.0.77-test, many contact records are listed as requiring synchronization when the only difference seems to be the case of the e-mail address.
Since e-mail addresses are case insensitive, I suggest that NokSync ignores the case of e-mail addresses when comparing the device address book with Thunderbird.
