Noisegator itself comes with no installation process, you just download and run the exe file. To "uninstall" you just delete the noisegator exe file.

I had been getting this issue, dug around and found out that all applications were refusing audio input. Turned out that input was being blocked by Windows 10 privacy/microphone settings and applications access being blocked. Noisegator still can't access input devices though.

The software is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.0/. There is no cost or waranty and the software is also not under active development so it does not come with any official support. You are basically free to use it for what ever you want but you cannot re-distribute the software for any monetary gain.

This happens to me quite frequently, what's worse is that it throws me out of my competitive online game I'm playing when the error pops up. (the whole reason I'm using NoiseGator is to gate the mic for Overwatch). Even if the bug is going to take a while to nail down and fix, is it possible to make it so the error window doesn't take over focus?
