"Send Midi Note" - sends a velocity value to the specified port, channel, and pitch. Also with an input for duration.

"Send Midi Control" - sends a value to the specified port, channel and control

For comparison: check the equivalent nodes in Isadora.

Also: There needs to be a section in Midi settings to configure the Midi Out Ports.
