WhoIs details are now displayed correctly! This includes the server
using (plus the comment of that server), the user's IP address or
hostname as shown by the IRC server, email, real name, the seconds he
or she has been idle and the time and date he or she connected to the
server, as well as if the user is identified and the channels the user
is on; everything translatable.
